“Do You See Me?”: A Collaborative Mural Project

Are you interested in supporting LGBTQIA+ communities?

Have you ever felt invisible/hypervisible?

Come and create with artOUT, a student committee affiliated with Gallery 400 at UIC,  and Gender and Sexuality Center where we are hosting a virtual live collaborative mural project event. The theme of our mural focuses on the times that you have felt invisible or visible while exploring your identities. Whether through stories or images (drawn or found), you are invited to share your experiences on our virtual drawing platform, Draw.chat.

The creation of the mural will be recorded and included in the GSC’s online exhibition “Highly (In)visible” featuring artwork by Antonio D. Santos. 

All UIC undergraduate and graduate students, alumni, and faculty members are welcome to participate in this upcoming collaboration.
